Heat-regulation and Ventilation

Model is a water-resistant, ventilating film situated in the sole structure of the shoe. This patented film has been embedded between the insole and the outer sole of the shoe. The film releases sweat and moisture from inside the shoe while at the same time prevents water from seeping into the shoe. The ventilation of the film has been further developed in the Stabilizator shoe models by improving the way it is attached to the sole structure and by adding more holes. Thanks to the sole structure, your feet will stay cool and dry.

New Flexibility and Grip

The rubber sole improves flexibility and enhances the amount of grip of the shoe. The rubber preserves its elastic features regardless of the temperature and surface of contact. This improves the grip of the shoe whether you are walking on ice or wet surfaces. The longer you work in difficult conditions, the more important these features become. The composite structure and heatresistant sole (+300°C, HRO ) reduces the weight of the shoe and improves durability.

Lightness and Balance

The aluminium toe-cap protects your feet from falling objects as effectively as steel toe-caps, but it is nearly 50 % lighter. The lighter toe-cap increases the comfort of daily use significantly. Thanks to the aluminium toe-cap, the shoe is no longer heavy in the front, but in balance with the rest of the shoe reducing the strain on the muscles of the lower leg. Aluminium outperforms steel because it is anti-magnetic as well.

More Comfortable Steps and Sprain Prevention

Jalas models are designed so that they support your feet. Light but supportive loop in the middle of the footwear prevents ankle sprains. Stabilizator models also contains an implant which increases resistance against twisting and therefore revents sprains. The cleat-like pattern on the heel of the sole prevents slipping. The outer sole is'round from tip to heel making it more flexible, easy and comfortable to walk with. The outer sole has been raised up to the heelbone on the sides and back adding support and shock absorption to your feet. Promotion models rubber outsole gives you dependable grip which also prevents slipping effectively.

New Ergonomics and Better Ventilation

The Jalas C2 insole has been designed in accordance with orthopedic principles. In addition, the Ergothan shock absorption
structure, which has long been a feature of Jalas footwear, has been further developed to include more shock absorbent material. For this reason, shock absorption in the heel area is now the best in its field. In addition, the insole has been developed to ergonomically support the arch of the foot; it conforms to the anatomy of the user's foot and cushions it. In this respect, it resembles an insole that has been designed for the user alone. The front of the shoe has been perforated and channeled, making the ventilation of the area of the ball of the foot better than in ordinary shoes. The inside of the shoe remains dry because the new structure of the lining resists moisture that forms in the shoe.

100% protection and user comfort

The new plasma treated composite textile nail puncture protection, PTC, by Jalas is the lightest and most effective protection against punctures by nails. The composite material used by Jalas is the only one accepted by all European testing institutes, and it provides better insulation from cold than the traditional steel mid-sole. Thanks to its flexibility, lightness and warmth, the PTC nail puncture protection adds user comfort in situations such as challenging construction assembly work.
